Reporting to Parents

Parents Evening

There are two parents’ evenings per academic year.

Autumn term: To find out how your child has settled into the new school year with their class tutor or teacher.

Spring term to discuss the progress your child has made with subject specific teachers and their class teacher/tutor.

During both parents evening you will have an opportunity to look at your child’s books/files.

Parents/carers will be invited to complete a questionnaire to gain feedback.

Spring 2024 Feedback

Annual reviews of Education Health Care Plans

As part of the EHCP review process you will receive a report 2 weeks prior to the review date, that provides an overview of the progress and achievements towards your child’s EHCP outcomes including a Tutor’s comment.

End of Year Reports

At the end of the academic year, you will receive an End of Year report for your child.

Home-School Communication

Each pupil receives a new home-school diary/planner at the start of each academic year. Parents are encouraged to share news from home regarding their child. Staff will also provide information about your child at school.

School also uses the Weduc App to communicate with parents. If you would like access to the App please contact us for more information.
